Gator's Dockside is a family casual restaurant catering to the sports enthusiast. Everyone know's Gator's Dockside for our famous grilled wings, but, we are so much more. Great Sandwiches, Ribs, Seafood, and of course all of the great sports on our flat screens. Gator's Dockside is very community oriented and are looking for managers that can not only be the face of the restaurant but, the face of the community.Qualifications include: -2 years of PREVIOUS RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE-Train team members on Gator's University-Hard working with a TEAM oriented mentality.-Sets the standard for WOW service to our guest!-Thorough understanding of sanitation-related issues. Takes all precautions and preventative measures necessary to ensure a clean food preparation environment.-Inspires others with enthusiasm and positive energy.-Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of tasks with minimal direction.-Shows calm and clear direction during stressful shifts and situations.-Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.Duties Include:FOH Management-55 hour work week-Available for Open, Mid, and Close shift-Cash Handling-Bi-weekly Food/Liquor Inventories-Displaying a Leadership Mentality-Communicating with Hourly Employees and Fellow Management-Communicating with the Corporate Office-100% Table Visits-Running the Operations with an Ownership Mentality-Making sure that Gator's Dockside Standards are being met on food quality, service, and employee standards-Ability to complete a Profit and Loss Statement each monthHeart of House Management-55 hour work week-Available for Open, Mid, and Close shift-Cash Handling-Bi-weekly Food Inventories-Daily Food and Sanitation Guidelines-Daily Food Ordering-High Standards of Food Quality and Cleanliness-Displaying a Leadership Mentality-Communicating with Hourly Employees and Fellow Management-Communicating with the Corporate Office-100% Table Visits-Running the Operations with a Ownership Mentality-Making sure that Gator's Dockside Standards are being met on food quality, service, and employee standardsCompensation Includes:Base Salary - $44,000 - $50,000Bonus - Obtainable Monthly Bonus available 60 days after TrainingVacation - Qualify 6 months after TrainingInsurance: Health, Short Term Disability, Life are Available after 60 days, Dental/Vision after 90 daysIf you believe you are qualified and are ready to grow with an exciting and energetic company then what are you waiting for?
