Our Administrative Assistant position is is very fast paced and diverse.
You will be performing a variety of duties for multiple property managers.
Applicants must be organized, detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
You must have the ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as make sound judgment and good decision makings skills.
As the property management industry mandates that you are able to handle difficult situations and people from time to time.
Great Customer Service is a must.
You will also be a back up to reception when necessary.
Those with great customer service skills, positive attitudes, exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking skills need only apply. Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
