DiPietro Family Law Group, PLLC, an Inc. 5000 company, is a rapidly expanding family law firm headquartered in the Washington, DC area. We are recruiting experienced family law attorneys with $300k++ of consistent origination to be practice leaders in various offices the firm will open. The firm is looking for people who would like to leverage our marketing and management support to significantly grow their existing books of business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm with a professional management team in place and a robust business model. We provide full business development, marketing, accounting, and management support – a true platform to practice from. Our business development and marketing support is a step above any typical small to mid-size firm support that exists. Our partners have dedicated business development and marketing personnel who work with them one-on-one to cultivate their referral sources and augment their existing practice with new clients generated directly by the firm, in addition to growing their own referrals. We use CRM software, monthly calendars, and personal coaching, among many other forms of support, to help you grow your origination, and manage the office.
In addition to marketing and business development support, the firm supports its partners with fully-developed and proven management and accounting. Our business processes have been refined for years and continue to improve because of our constant oversight. We will grow the office underneath our practice leaders, and build a team of associates and paralegals around you. The application of these processes has resulted in a very high collection rate, exponential revenue growth, and, because of the high level of structure in place, the maintenance of a very high level of service to our clients while the office is growing quickly.
Our firm has a mission of preservation – preserving relationships in the family, especially with children, and preserving assets for the future. We also have a focus on educating our clients, and the public, about issues related to divorce and family law, including a seminar series, which covers topics such as general divorce issues (finance, real estate, legal and mental health), mediation, co-parenting, grey divorce, etc.
The Firm is seeking proven family law practitioners who are highly motivated to significantly build origination or expand an existing book. Must have management and leadership ability as well as the desire to mentor and train less experienced attorneys and staff. Various positions are open depending on size of origination and the Firm would consider converting an entire, existing firm into ours.
