An energetic professional is sought for a new position at the International Headquarters for Shriners Hospitals for Children (SHC) in the Rehabilitation and Movement Analysis Division. The Rehabilitation Guidelines Project Coordinator will coordinate and initiate system wide activities, to educate and support the meeting of requirements and guidelines. This position will be reporting directly to the system Director of Rehabilitation and Motion Analysis, and will drive the education of staff to address the highly regulated and changing rules effecting daily compliant processes and quality in Rehabilitation. Remote education and ability to research regulations needed. CARF and outpatient experience a plus.
The Rehabilitation Guidelines Project Coordinator will work extensively with our 22 SHC facilities and affinity teams as projects are initiated, and will coordinate highly complex projects supporting strategic-level initiatives on compliant workflow. The person in this position will also be responsible for leading teams using standard project and problem solving methodology and tools to make data driven decisions, as well as supporting the building of compliant volume and expanding the reimbursable book of sustainable business for Rehabilitation, Therapy Services and Motion Analysis Centers. This ideal candidate will also collect system metrics for the various programs within Rehabilitation.
