Excellent opportunity to join a growing Clearwater manufacturer! A right hand man needed to oversee the call center portion of the customer service department. Making sure all tech support employees are on task, monitoring ticket system, follow up calls, emails, etc. Someone dedicated, that would not mind working nights/weekends in case of emergencies as backup/rotation. Needs mechanical mentality, NOT an IT position...experience in a manufacturing environment needed.
Standard work week Mon-Fri 9:30am - 7pm. Organized, good with multitasking/working in fast pace environment, technically inclined, and most importantly a good team building mindset.
