The CE Manager II will be responsible for driving budget process’ and overseeing forecast and accruals for Customer Engagement. This candidate will help drive the development, implementation and sustainment of team policy, procedure, budget documentation and tracking. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating accurate and timely handling of purchase orders, insertion orders, vendor on boarding, processing invoices for approval and payment. ResponsibilitiesPrepare budget forecast documentsTrack overhead/spending, and provide reportingLead and attend cross-functional meetings with finance and partnersOversee the creation, requesting and monitoring of WBS codes, Purchase Orders, vendor IDs, contracts, chargebacks, etc.Continuously improve budget processes and procedures for efficiencyBuild strong relationships within Customer Engagement team and FinanceAssist with the development and management of annual operating planChampion and reinforce Company financial policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications2-5 years’ experience in a related functionDemonstrated project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (Casual Buyer)Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to executive leadersDemonstrated ability to build cross-divisional relationshipsAgility and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentAbility to synthesize complex financial statements and reportsProcess and detail-oriented
Preferred QualificationsExperience in Marketing or Finance
- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
